Thanks for taking the time to leave a review. We take your concerns about respect and project management seriously. These are areas we're always working to strengthen, and feedback like yours helps us identify where we can do better. We currently have an employee engagement survey open and would encourage you to share your specific experiences there — it's a meaningful way to help shape the improvements you're looking for. You're also always welcome to reach out to me directly via email if you'd prefer a one-on-one conversation. We appreciate your continued contributions over the past several years and are committed to building a workplace where every team member feels valued. Kate Byers VP of People KinderSystems

Thanks for taking the time to leave a review. We appreciate hearing from both current and former team members, and we take all perspectives seriously. We're glad the remote work environment and your experience with some of our management team have been positive. Those are things we're intentional about and continue to invest in. We'd like to address a couple of your points directly. Regarding growth and raises — within our Support team, we have a tier progression program specifically designed to create a clear path forward. As team members build their skills and pass assessments to handle increasingly complex aspects of the role and support a broader range of customers, they earn raises tied to that progression. We recognize that visibility into opportunities like this matters, and if this wasn't clearly communicated during your time here, that's something we want to improve. On communication, that's an area we're always working to strengthen, especially as a fully remote organization. We do hold a monthly All Hands meeting where we share company updates, announcements, and celebrate wins and team recognition — and those meetings are recorded so anyone who can't attend live can stay in the loop. That said, we know company-wide communication is something you have to keep building on, and feedback like yours helps us identify where gaps still exist. If you're open to it, we'd welcome the chance to connect directly — you're always welcome to reach out to me, or any member of management directly. We value your experience and want to make sure every team member feels informed, supported, and set up to grow. Kate Byers VP of People KinderSystems
