Pros
Got to work on cutting edge technology. Worked with some of the brightest engineers in the industry. The company had some well-positioned products in the market.
Cons
Very stressful work environment, below par management. Getting ideas communicated with upper management was a bit difficult. Salary and stock options were not on par with the industry.
