Pros

Take breaks when you want, relatively "easy work" if you don't have someone breathing down your neck. If you got formal training, the job was decent. You could listen to music sometimes

Cons

No training, gossipy culture, no incentives, bad benefits, rude staff, terrible HR, No process or consistency in work, you aren't being trained so you are set up for failure. Quite literally framed me for They laid off 80% of their staff every few months and there's a high chance what they do is just a legal loophole and maybe not legit. They put you in an isolated room by yourself and constantly watch to make sure you don't talk or look at anyone, or check time on your phone. The job of labeling items seemed like a super clear and easy job, but they constantly micromanaged and i'm convinced they were just looking for reasons to fire people at all times. They fired people every week for bogus reasons, mine was "theft" because i stacked the unusable labels on my desk like every other employee because once you put them on, and they creased, you had to redo them, they tried to call this theft because they didn't really have another reason to fire me. Did this to a few people actually. Their management is just the relative of the ceo and she's super weird and vindictive to anyone she can't outpreform. They clucked like chickens all day and stare at employees they don't like, gossiping, and she would come in and hit on one of the male employees i worked next to every day and glaze him over and over.

Pros

Reasonable Expectations Profit Sharing Monthly Company Lunches Intuitive Workflow Easy to request time off Nice and friendly coworkers Can listen to music/videos while on the job

Cons

Pay is comparatively low to other tech positions (Notably, there is higher pay at mid level fast-food positions & gas stations, specifically Sheetz in the area). Work responsibilities (while reasonable) can change by the hour/day, employees wear too many (figurative) hats. PTO is low (40hrs/year), either go unpaid or use PTO when sick even when full time. Monotonous Job Duties, usually 8 hours of the same task (or X hours of duty A, then duty B for the rest of the shift). HR Representative/Upper Management can seem tone deaf with yearly raises and company wide work policies. Communication between specific departments is very low and can lead to inter-departmental confusion.
