Corporate has absolutely no clue how to operate. They made very bad decisions on a weekly basis. This companys expectations for sales is unrealistic, based on the average price per item. They cant get the shipments in time, macys always has the new products out for sale before the store. If they dont like you, they force you to quit or push you to your breaking point. They are very unprofessional and malicious. They butter you up and promise raises and promotions that never happen. High turnover in management and staff, because they micromanage. Do not work for this company! Biggest regret of my career was leaving a good job for this trainwreck!

District manager didn't know crap, was a micro manager and would sit on her butt in my stock room when she would do a store visit. If your not a butt kisser they wouldn't acknowledge you when you made your sales goals. Hard on store manager about conversion, well here's a tip, have better sales for our customers.
