      -big on joy in classroom -dedicated to helping teachers have the tools they need to succeed -partners with RELAY School of Education and pays for Masters Degree -regional meetings fun and well put together -focus on employee moral -yearly bonuses

      Cons

      -teachers aren't paid for amount of time put in (education field in general) -classroom behaviors -teacher fulfillment low -to see greater pay, you must be in a higher position -teacher turn-over high (education field in general)

      Toxic, frustrating, chaotic systems with no real drive for change

      The pay is good and the benefits are good.

      Cons

      The culture is really smoke and mirrors. No one is truly interested in innovatively improving education, rather they want to keep doing what they are doing while couching their toxicity in corporate speak. Overall, the ability to do what people are supposed to is pretty low. Most people don't do their jobs well and they are constantly trying to protect themselves. They are not good stewards of money, yet they try to make employees feel bad for needing to submit receipts for food. It is the most poorly run organization I have ever worked for. Be very careful if you accept a job here.
