Pros
Great place to learn the design & construction process. They put a lot of time into training and making sure that you can do your job efficiently. There is a lot of room for growth and they reward you for your hard work. You will build a lot of really great connections through them. Lots of good team building activities and really good communication. They treat their clients phenomenal and will do anything for them.
Cons
It can get very hectic and stress levels are very high. It can be difficult to have a work life balance because there are no specific work days/hours and you are expected to work whenever they want you to. If you disappoint the owners, they can be immature about it and give you the cold shoulder for a while
