      nothing to mention over herer. all management are arrogant and selfish. CEO and CTO is the main guys who are playing with employees carrier. its just a freelance providers. they hire people for project and let them fire.

      there is no employees policies. NO HR no caring. NO encoragement. one of the management team member catie talks on call so nice but behind the scene fire people and playing politica. CEO is worst he is only running behind the money. sucking blood from employees

      Entrepreneurial culture where team members are encouraged to take ownership and innovate. Aggressive/competitive compensation structure. High growth environment that is attracting top talent! Huge opportunities to play a larger role for those looking to make an impact.

      Cons

      Occasional hiccups that come with every high growth company. Not a culture fit for paper pushers and email forwarders. Fast pace. High accountability. Performance based culture.
