      The product, the people, and the processes. There is a lack of direction as a company & constant switch on its focus, customer profile, and product improvements. All that is talked about by the CEO is how AI is going to improve everything when the simple core functionality of the product does not even work. Unfortunately even with the inbound demand that comes in, a bad product can’t sell and directly affects churn. The people and leadership lack open and honest communication, and it’s an extremely toxic work environment where favoritism prevails. I would not advise anyone to work here.

      - the team cares and works hard - good people

      Cons

      - employees have hit each other - employees are kept around despite sexually harassing the few women in the office because they are good sales people - frat boy culture - illegal and insecure technology practices that are ignored - everyone is encouraged to run with ai slop because it’s fast - well known fact that ceo enjoys the booger sugar among employees - illegal pay practices - bring you on saying there’s never been a layoff and company is growing while the company is bleeding revenue and running with a skeleton team - lies of total comp heavily bonus weighted and never paid - unlimited PTO yet the ceo watches your total PTO like a hawk, even if your manager approves it - RTO enforced along with the worst bathrooms in history - CEO says revenue is flat when it’s clearly declined from $22m to $19m in less than a year It’s really just a toxic waste …
