Pros

If you cozy up to HR or senior leadership, then you can work from Goa if you want to.

Cons

Worst management and leadership I have ever seen. Company policies are oppressive and periodically changes. Appraisals are cancelled after months of performance review discussions and KPI forms. No appraisal across the company in 2024, despite promising appraisals and promotions to employees 6 months earlier.| No appraisal planned for 2025 until Series C funding as explained by CEO in a sudden call in December. CPO, proudly calls himself a Dictator. Also says dictatorship is good for productivity. Entry and exit are controlled via Biometrics. Your pay is deducted if you do not sit in office for 8 hours. 4 days a week in office is mandatory, pay is deducted if you work from home for more than 1 day in a week. Mass lay-offs happen periodically and senior leadership openly threatens more layoffs.

Pros

No pros, seriously nothing to say. Don't join if you are offering for this company

Cons

I honestly don’t even know where to begin with how awful this company is. If you value your mental health and basic dignity, stay far away. 1. No HR Policy – Just a Mood Swing The so-called "HR policy" here is a joke. It doesn’t exist in any formal way, and any rules you think apply? They change based on the mood of the higher-ups. One day you might be told one thing, and the next, it’s completely flipped without warning. It’s chaos, and there’s no consistency. No one has a clue what the actual guidelines are. It's as if HR is just an afterthought. 2. Torturous Culture The culture here is nothing short of toxic. It's a high-stress, micromanaged environment where your worth is measured in how much you can endure. Employees are treated as expendable commodities, and it feels like you're walking on eggshells every day. You’ll be worked into the ground with little to no support, and any attempt to suggest improvement is quickly shut down. It's like being trapped in a pressure cooker with no escape. 3. No Shift Allowance for Night Shifts Night shifts are absolutely brutal here. What's even worse? They don’t compensate you for the inconvenience of working through the night. No shift allowance, no extra pay. You’re expected to work your (a s s) off, including grueling night hours, but they won’t even throw in a token of appreciation. It’s like they expect you to be grateful for the privilege of burning out. 4. Anand, the CPO – The Absolute Dictator Anand, the CPO, is basically the king of this company. He runs the entire place like a dictatorship, making arbitrary decisions with no transparency. If he wants something done, no matter how unreasonable or pointless, it’s going to happen. No discussions, no feedback – his word is law. There’s no respect for employees, no room for growth, and no accountability. It’s like working under a tyrant. 5. Firing and Hiring – A Quarterly Circus This company thrives on instability. They’re constantly hiring and firing every few months, as if they’re running some kind of revolving door. People are brought in, then let go without warning, leaving everyone in constant anxiety over their job security. If you’re hired, don’t get too comfortable because the next round of layoffs is always just around the corner. If you enjoy being treated like an object and working in a soul-sucking, chaotic environment, then this place is for you. For everyone else, I’d highly recommend staying far, far away from this company. It’s a mess, and you deserve so much better.

Pros

Good Salary: At least the paycheck makes up for some of the daily suffering. Salary Comes on Time: You’ll get paid on time—because that’s the bare minimum a company should do. TT Table for Stress Relief: The only real escape from the chaos—smashing a ping-pong ball to release frustration from the screaming matches and poor management.

Cons

Screaming, Abusive Leadership: Daily scrums are nothing but yelling matches where leads publicly humiliate employees. The toxic environment is so unbearable that the entire team quit within two months. Outdated Tech, No Vision: Stuck in the past? So is this company. Leads insist on using ancient, irrelevant technology for new projects. The only time they consider upgrading is when their own job security is on the line. Fake Innovation, Pure Deception: Management slaps a cheap wrapper on outdated technology and shamelessly sells it as "new." It’s a scam—both employees and customers are being deceived. HR is Two-Faced and Ruthless: HR acts like they care until the moment you resign. Then, they change policies overnight and show their true, vindictive nature. Expect zero support. Favoritism Over Talent: Hard work and skills don’t matter here. Promotions go to the manager’s favorites, while actual talent is ignored or driven out. Job Security is a Joke: No matter how hard you work, you’re disposable. Layoffs, sudden firings, and shifting priorities mean you’re always one step away from being the next casualty. Cheating in Full and Final Paycheck: Don’t expect to get what you’re owed when you leave. They’ll find some “company policy” excuse to shortchange you on your full and final paycheck.
