Traffic to Palo Alto is a little crazy on El Camino Real with the pot holes and red lights. They are getting that fixed real soon.

-office is in a barn in a residential neighborhood. You are OBLIGED to stay on site from 10-6 and cannot leave. They don’t say it, but it would cause an uproar for anyone to leave for lunch etc. - regardless of title you will act as the presidents servant for ANYTHING she needs. She lies and her right hand crony is a nightmare who refuses to work with anyone else. You are left to fend for yourself at all times. The President lovessss binders! She never references them, but makes sure to keep everyone miserable setting up new ones. Work place is extremely antiquated and you will be miserable within one week of being there. Also, telling everyone you love them 1000x a day is disingenuous and in a sense harassment. Knock it off. Trello is the project management tool used and the only tool the president knows so she pushes it and acts like an authority with her strange way of maintaining it. It’s stupid. Don’t get me started on her chief of staff. Just a miserable, sad sack nightmare of a person. Employee turn around is comical. And President has zero self awareness. OR she doesn’t care. I’m afraid it’s the latter. It’s definitely the latter. Bate and switch when it came to my role. Interview and real life work expectations were diametrically opposite. Also not sure if the app they’re trying to hawk is even applicable in todays climate.
