Less salary increment ,always in pressure , No compensation They want to work full day but if come by late 5 mins they will reduce 1/2 day salary . Management wants you to work on weekend but no compensation will be provided

Pros

When it comes to learning it is a best place. There are great friendly team inside the company. U need to compulsarily work late hours most of the time. There won't be extra credit will given back.

Cons

Even though u work like a slave, they will give u salary like feeding for a dog. No job guarantee.. if your salary get increased and reached nearly 25000, you will be fired at any time. Because they will give same salary for 4 other employees. U can expect school teacher kind of behavior from hr. If u forgot to wear shoes or came 5 min late then u will receive memo and your salaru will be slashed.
