Pros

Fun industry, high earning potential and most of the employees (non management) are great to work with.

Cons

Leadership enjoys leading by "fear". They have actually said it out loud! No training for new people, no support. New sales people are usually out in 6 months or less. Managers are usually out in 1-2 yrs. They promise to provide training then when you're in, they just expect you to figure it out. Technicians are also poorly trained and expected to figure it out. If you don't have previous experience and connections in the space already, its likely you'll fail. Company has no clear direction and doesn't value their people unless your one of the salespeople that have been their 5+ yrs. Most of the current employees genuinely wouldn't recommend to a friend which should tell you all you need to know.

Pros

At Knight Watch Inc., advancement opportunities are not just available—they're actively encouraged for those who are willing to put in the effort. The company fosters a culture where hard work, reliability, and a commitment to excellence are recognized and rewarded. Whether you're in the field, in administration, or supporting operations, there are clear pathways for growth if you're proactive about learning, taking initiative, and contributing to the team’s success. Knight Watch values individuals who go beyond the basics—those who seek out additional responsibilities, pursue certifications or training, and consistently demonstrate a strong work ethic. Leadership takes notice of those efforts, and there’s a genuine interest in promoting from within. While the road to advancement may require dedication and persistence, the company provides the tools, mentorship, and support to help you reach your goals. If you're willing to invest in your own development, Knight Watch is the kind of place where that investment pays off

Cons

While working at Knight Watch Inc., I found that the work-life balance was often challenging. The demands of the job, combined with scheduling expectations, made it difficult to maintain a healthy balance between professional responsibilities and personal time. This was particularly noticeable during peak operational periods, where flexibility was limited and support for frontline staff felt stretched. Leadership, at times, appeared disconnected from the day-to-day realities faced by lower-level employees. Decisions were occasionally made without fully considering the impact on those in the field, which led to a sense that the voices of frontline workers weren’t always valued or heard. There was a noticeable culture that resembled a “Good Ol’ Boys Club,” where advancement seemed more closely tied to personal connections than to merit or performance. In several cases, individuals who moved up the ranks did so by aligning themselves with more influential team members, rather than through their own contributions. This created an environment where credit wasn’t always given where it was due, and those doing the heavy lifting were sometimes overlooked. Recognition and transparency in performance evaluations could have been stronger, especially for those consistently going above and beyond.
