Everyone on the finance team is extremely supportive and willing to help. Yet to receive a run around when it comes to questions being asked and upper management has everyone's backs as well, and fully focused on employee happiness.

Knock's POPSICLE culture is like no other and the real deal. Everyone is positive, committed, and hard working. This is first place I have worked where I really have had work/life balance based on management and culture.

Cons

The entire company is remote which is something I love! However, if someone struggles being self-motivated and not going to an office each day, it may be a bit of an adjustment but nothing to stop you from considering Knock.
