1 Great tech culture, things that are done and discussed here go a long way in order in career so kinda a great place to start apart from employment bond. 2 Can be thought of as the hub of scala. People try to make a name for them by diving into tech excellence. 3 opportunities to lead or be heard of pretty early. 4 great client exposure

Certain policies are really made in bad taste viz. 1 If bonus is part of my dedicated package, and is given for my work during a particular period, it is due and payable right from the next day of that period. How does it matter if I am serving notice period.How is it fair that I am not entitled for my own money? Thats just a cheap shot. 2 Why is resignation taken so personally even by the big boss? Definitely 20 years in the industry must have made you resign multiple times, how is it any different when your employee does that? This change in behaviour especially to this extent is just hypocritical. 3 Using money bonds to keep staff is an indicator of the culture we’re normalising. There are flaws, there are people and policies that don’t belong at knoldus, get rid of all that and I am certain things return back to 2018-19. The recent leadership additions especially the principal and her henchman are not in line with startup culture, they’re merely a yesman and a bully to young employees who’re starting their careers and have no idea how industry is supposed to work. 4 For gods sake, old is not gold. Just because they’ve been around for a decade doesn’t mean they’re allowed to do anything. Some of them don’t possess tech acumen of a btech fresher, and since they lack the understanding of how things ACTUALLY work, make the lives of their reportees a living hell. For them either someone is a superstar or just nothing. There is no middle ground. Please look into what kind of pressure the reportees are subjected to under them.

One the best thing about Knoldus is that they push you to become your best. This is great. Even the Knoldus Alumni talks about how the work and culture at Knoldus is helping them even though they have been moved on.

You invest a lot in people but you should focus more on the high performers

Since I have joined Knoldus I have seen the 1% push everyday for everyone to improve. It is a philosophy that you improve 1% everyday and by end of the year you are 37x better. I like the way we get pushed to do the right things
