      Good environment for working and learning for fresher level person

      Cons

      Management is a serious issue at this company... Also, there are leads in the company who are there for more than 8 years and know nothing apart from playing politics ... favouritism is the best thing they follow due to which many talented persons left the job

      The company culture is strongly optimistic . Coworkers are friendly and quite welcoming, making it easy to form good working relationships. Management is employee friendly and considers employee personal values as well. Work hard to play hard.

      Pros

      KA India: Initial base team and US team was good. Initial HR policies was transparent and employee friendly.

      Cons

      KA India is now completely filled with unqualified leadership with hidden dirty politics that may slowly ruin the organisation due to multiple reasons. This is not the place to get hold of opportunity even if you are talented, rather this is the place only if you are good politics guy.
