Pros

This company is a good starting point for freshers who are passionate about beginning their career in the IT industry. If you're someone who is ready to put in full effort, isn't too concerned about strict work timings, and wants to learn and grow, this could be the right place for you. The learning opportunities are solid, and you'll get hands-on experience that can shape your future career.

Cons

One major concern in recent times is the hike and appraisal process. Salary growth has been slower than expected, which might be a drawback for those looking for long-term stability and financial progression.

Pros

Had a lot of pros till it was Knowledge Lens. Things have changed drastically after the company has been acquired by Rockwell Automation

Cons

Cons started around mid 2023, when company was acquired by RA. After completing my 1st year, I was just eligible for a hike, which people used to get a good % based on performance(even till 50-60%), suddenly RA changed the salary structure according to it's structure, and gave a bare minimum hike, due to which the in-hand remained the same for most of us(my batch people), and for some of the seniors, in-hand even reduced. We all talked about this to the HR etc, finally they gave around 20% hike, only to us, the ones completing their 1st year. After this, multiple small changes kept going on as part of the integration. Earlier, employees were asked to stay by giving some perks or hike when they wanted to resign, but after acquisition, I've literally seen them letting go the best of the employees. Hike and bonus for 2024 was also cancelled for everyone citing recession etc. I was working from home due to some health issue for a long time, and multiple other employees, but when integration completed(according to them), everyone was asked to come back to office mandatorily. All the cons of RA were integrated, but none of the benefits were, senior friend asked for paternity, management denied saying "That's in main RA, not for us", so what was the integration for??? RA had other benefits as well, like iPhone, travel allowance, mobile bills etc, but none of them were given to us. Senior management of KL has started behaving like puppets of RA management, every time you ask for something, like hike, wfh, early release if resigned, they'll just say that it's not in their hands. Manager level people are continuously getting promotions, but not the SE, SSE, Lead level employees. Main Point: CEO himself has resigned now!!!
