      1. Very unprofessional 2. Unreliable 3. No Job Security 4. Management is not good I want all of you to aware please don’t join this company. This company provided me offer latter for UI Development on 29th may and said me to send the Resignation mail for the confirmation so I did the same. Suddenly HR called me on 24th may and said that your joining has been postponed. It was very disappointed and very very unprofessional for me. So don’t go with this company because it could do the same with you guys also.

      Pros

      Nothing is good in this company and even don't think about the salary here, once they feel they have to give they will give otherwise just wait and watch. CEO is using abusive language and even don't respect their own designation and always busy in his own stuffs.

      Cons

      everything is cons here, so better block this company from your wish-list. Managers are just passing their time and nothing else. nothing is process oriented and not even healthy culture.

      Waste of time. Don't even go for interviews. ATTENTION- Even if you go & get selected in a situation where you are not having a job. Please please don't join seriously. It will ruin your career.

      Cons

      They train their employees to make fool of each other. Director is illiterate with zero professionalism, if u even give it a chance for sake of humanity within 2 weeks they will let u know don't worry. They don't follow any protocol not even CEO and director. May be during interviews they will promise you for an exposure involving trending technology stack like BIG DATA n all, this will prove that it's their common practice to attract new joiners.
