      Deceptive salary hike promises even after completion of a year. Unexpected role changes but still efforts were unrecognized and undervalued. Sudden resignation demand creates trouble for employees

      Performance driven work culture Insanely great team No politics. Performance is rewarded immediately. Great vision and product. Probably it's a once in a lifetime opportunity company from India !

      Cons

      Being early stage, policies and structures are still evolving Non performers will be fired quickly. Flexible to accomodate leaves and exigencies, provided you are a performer.
