Pros
Pay is typically above average, company tools and resources are generous, college reimbursement programs, good opportunities for advancement.
Cons
Management can be hit or miss but that's mostly because the company isn't always sure of where it's going or what to focus on. I've worked for KMBS twice and in both instances the company would create divisions/departments with a vision for how it'll help shape the company's future, which includes employing a lot of people or transitioning them from their current roles, only to see those divisions shut down within a few years, which of course leads to reassignments or layoffs (more often the latter). While I don't see the company going away any time soon they lack a coherent strategy for the future. As of the last few years they continue to bleed money as they grasp onto a multitude of industries to keep the lights on.
