some degree of independence, a very small office that will probably never grow beyond 3 people

with the exception of one employee, almost everybody else will get fired for unjust, trivial reasons at the 6-9 month mark. Leadership is a control freak, insecure, and takes his stress out on others, and a poor manager. Almost impossible to survive in this office unless one is a mind-reader.
