It is this very ethos that makes Korbicom a great place to work and return to work on the daily with a broad smile and an attitude of enthusiasm. The team synergies are amazing with fabulous colleagues always willing to chip in and help wherever help may be required. At Korbicom you feel recognized and valued and this is arguably one of the most attractive characteristics of any successful organization.

The people and culture are amazing. Your efforts are recognized and you feel valued and supported. Company goals are clear and focused, and management are approachable, so you're never 'in the dark' about what direction the business is taking. The products you get to work on are interesting and challenging.

Cons

Training and upskilling opportunities could be improved. Career development paths are somewhat limited depending what role you're in. Some products are reluctant to adopt modern tools & frameworks, which can be frustrating.
