Pros

- Looks good on resume since it’s part of Singapore Airlines subsidiary. - Most of the colleagues are friendly and easygoing.

Cons

- Too many ex sift & pick employees in the company, which all group up together to help each other. Don’t expect any fairness in this company with so many of them taking up management level position. As a result, appraisals are rigged in their favour. - Some hiring managers are hiring people that clearly doesn’t have enough experience to do things, but came into the role because of connections within the company. - There often seems to be a lack of clear directions from management, and priorities can change quite frequently. - Don’t expect same bonus and benefits from SIA.

Pros

still have 1 day work from home. if need to work from home for any specific reasons, just need to seek approval.

Cons

don't expect 8months' bonus like SQ, it's a different entity. KS only get the bad - like the work from home days was 2 days originally but changed to 1 day only because SQ side also 1 day. people there are either useless or just planning to retire there seeing how they do their work.
