      No work pressure as such Has a very cool and sporty environment Flexible timings to take up a shift that we want Good employee encouragement

      Lower Compensation Unprofessional at times (rarely) Work becomes monotonous gradually over a period of time Dependent on total outsourcing Top Management in India now is not good
