Pros

I don't see any Pros to list here. Only pros could be free dinner. You will get salary on last day of the month. Nothing else.

Cons

- Have to be in ODC for 8.5 hours each day, else you would get email about that for salary cut. Remember, 8.5 hrs + Lunch + Breaks, so you end up staying in office atleast 9.5 hours every day. - They recently hired me and fired after just 7 months, saying they don't have any projects. - The HR will give you all false commitment when they hire you. - All managers are having atleast 10+ yrs in the company, didn't even know to communicate in english, and they don't value the New People who joins the company. - They makes the senior people who was lateral hire to report to junior folks in the office only because they have relationship with managers, and absolutely not based on the knowledge. - Only people who are there in the office are just less then 5 years of total experience, who is not technically sound. Everyone was just getting fired because they are high paid. - They don't have skills and fire just because you are more paid, and keep all the underpaid people in the projects, and expecting them to deliver. - Managers will dominate lateral hires, and absolutely they have no ears to listen what you wanted to tell them, and you have to just follow their lame commands. - All they will make you to do is POC, and they never win any projects in real.

Pros

U will not find one to write here

Cons

They won't respect employee's personal needs. Won't approve leaves for family function/friends marriage...they say work is more important than friends marriage. They ask you to work like slaves for 16 to 17 hours a day, but when ever u want one hour permission they will say u may go once u complete the tasks. Hr treats you like their house servents when ever you want to escalate attitude issues. They don't want thier employees to stick with them because they know how to get/cheat people to join them.

Pros

All the Pros in the past is turning out to be a Cons in the recent. Read more at Cons.

Cons

Company had recently changed the policy, to make all the employees stay inside the floor for 9 hours (Excludes breaks). While other companies consider first in and last out from the campus, here inside floor(odc) timings should be 8.5 hours strictly. So, accounting for Lunch(~30 min) + 2 break (~15 + ~15 mins), you have to end up staying in office campus for almost 9.5 to 10 hours minimum. Leaves would be deducted, if there is a short of swipe timings, towards end of the month. Experienced people are treated like a Fresher, and they do not utilize or ready to take suggestions from new people who joins the company. Only senior people who stays in company for long time, are in a separate group and dominates. Doesn't looks the company is going anywhere, that the sinking ship by itself, because of all the senior people whom the company do not wants to replace, who are more reluctant to bring new changes to company growth. Senior guys are running in the race of closed environment, in their own world. Company doesn't upgrade to new technologies, and wanted to be more safe playing with old technologies.
