      Friendly colleagues, but tough career progression and support

      Pros

      Strong sense of diversity. Colleagues generally friendly with a good sense of Camaraderie.

      Cons

      Career progression is almost impossible if your more focused on the engineering aspect rather than sales. Bonus schemes that strongly favour middle and senior management and bypass workshop staff. Impossible targets with very little help from senior management. Poor training standards outside of basic fast fit items. Old fashioned
