You will work every single weekend and if you dare to complain, you will be given negative performance reviews.
You will often find yourself in a situation where satisfying one objective directly conflicts with another senior leader's goals, and if you dare to ask for help prioritizing these requests, leadership will turn on you and accuse you of being incompetent; belittling is common and personal insults are de rigeur. Expect to be exploited and gaslit and to have your every boundary overstepped. Seriously, if you have any other options, don't do it.
