Good relationship, high level of scientific knowledge, wide technical area, availability of high technology equipments and flexibility in working hours.

Cons

Relationship problem are triggered for meaningless reasons, huge amount of time needed to move forward: too many years are spent on the same project, people are not aware of industrial needs despite it's an applied research lab, PhD students find support only for the PhD thesis and NO support at all to find a job.
