Pros

None - Even though Work From home, it is like 24 by 7 and 365 days a year with no benefits

Cons

1. No Benefits. 2. Very meagre pay - total exploitation of Labour 3. No value for sincere workers 4, Internal Politics they try to make someone a scape goat for any failure of releases. 5. Part timers in multiple jobs and political players are preferred than full timers who have no backup options 6. Sudden firing with no job security 7. Outdated technologies. 8. No future for the company. 9. No team support or collaboration. Everyone is a vulture with an aggression to overtake the other. Survival of fittest game going on everyday. 10. Always fire fighting mode - not healthy. 11. No holiday or time offs. 12. No one to report concerns. 13. HR department is the biggest joke. they are just event managers to run events and surveys. But no action taken on those items.

Pros

You can learn new things. Use your free time to earn some pocket money.

Cons

Not considerate, not understanding mid-managers. The top level management is in their own bubble...laughing playing and all is well...ground level situation is bad. 1. Paid on hourly basis, eg. 2.7 $ per hour, however you will be questioned for quoting your time. Even though you are genuine you are always doubted on. 2. Timelines to deliver the work are not justified. After slogging for day in and day out made only Rs. 6000 per month. 3. You should get back up generator and internet from your pocket, because slightest delay will cause escalation. 4. Somehow did not like the environment and the vibe. 5. I was sacked for taking sudden unplanned leave and overnight all the colleagues stopped talking with me and while logging in the portal said " you no more have access to the database". That's how i came to know that they have thrown me out. Cried all night. But in the morning i was the strongest person on the earth... Thank you Larvol for making me emotionally the strongest person. All my tears dried that night.

Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry to hear that your time with LARVOL didn't end on a good note. We understand life happens and people cannot always plan for the unexpected. We would never let anyone go because of taking unplanned time off. This is certainly not the norm within our culture. There are always two sides to a story. I do stand behind the people here who add a lot of value to make us tick. As for the compensation, there are different tiers based on the experience and skillset a Tiger brings. We are committed to continually reviewing our compensation to keep it competitive. All in all I'm sorry we let you down and would be open to discussing if you wish to speak further offline. Wishing you every success in your next steps - thank you for being a part of the LARVOL history.

As the Director of People Operations, I thought it appropriate to respond to your feedback directly. I am sorry that your experience working here has been unsatisfactory which means, in your case, we have failed somewhere along the line. We are big believers in, and promote transparency and open communication. If there are any issues, we ask our Tigers to bring them to the forefront without fear of repercussions. I see that you are a current Tiger, please remember that there are a number of people you can talk to provide direct, actionable feedback. The points you have shared on this platform offer limited insights. If you feel you are being treated unfairly within your team, I urge you to reach out to me directly. Feedback from our Tigers is important to us and I will always prioritize my time to make sure that we can hear your voice.
