      They will terminate employees without any mercy. Mallu’s are given first preference. In the name of career growth they spoil it. Students from KJC do not join . Anyone can take any roles in company like from 1. office assistant to finance manager. 2. Executive assistant to marketing manager 3. Respectionist to HR manager This company anything is possible. Very poor culture

      I don't find any thing good here.

      Salary is too low, Insecurities No growth Politics Favoritisms 60-70% of traveling Dominating founder members. If they are in trouble start searching job as you will be butchered sooner. Worst management in India.
