      Some employees are midwest excellent

      Cons

      The culture at LDV was the absolute worst I've ever been a part of. The middle management had favorites and they were by NO means top performers and upper management turned a blind eye and lied to employees whenever it suited then. Curt the company president lied over and over while the other lackees played dumb. If you're a hard worker and expect and adult workplace DO NOT apply here!

      Good pay and excellent benefits. Many departments to choose from.

      Cons

      Terrible location. High school atmosphere,lots of clowning around. Poor training due to not wanting to give up knowledge. Poor management.
