Leoni India not a good company to work with

Pros

Absolutely nothing great in this organization. It is a typical cable company with no vision for employees welfare. Not bothered about employees during the pandemic. All have to come to office every day.

Cons

The present management turned the company into a proprietorship organization rather than a MNC. All decisions are taken locally but when ask they will put it on Germany. Please don't join Leoni even if you don't get a job. You will be spoiling your career by joining here.
