Pros

It has been a great experience working at LEVICK. The management team is very cooperative and ensures that employees’ concerns are addressed. The leaders are inspiring and have a lot of offer in terms of knowledge. I am grateful for this opportunity to be a part of & experience phenomenal work culture at LEVICK

Cons

The work can be overwhelming at times, so make sure you rest and come to work ready to contribute. Their clients are global and are usually in crisis, so it means weekend, early morning and late night work at times.

LEVICK is awesome place to work

Pros

In an industry with so much variation in competence, LEVICK is an awesome place to work because the company’s priority number one is serving clients.

Cons

Priorities shifting at the strategic level has led to turnover. While we have lost some very good people, LEVICK is certainly stronger. But this means friends go and people gripe about the long hours and high expectations. There were also some issues with control which got nasty for a while.

PR firm of integrity that delivers results

Pros

LEVICK is at the forefront of providing the very best crisis and litigation communications guidance. They help their clients communicate with authenticity and integrity. It’s not about “spin” but how to best tell the truth, usually in very challenging environments. Their expertise and intellectual capital help them navigate the changing dynamics. It is quite satisfying to educate clients and earn their trust quickly as part of this team of experts.

Cons

Company will do whatever is best for clients, including bringing in other partners that offer unique expertise. This provides less opportunity for some employees that have specialized in areas where skills haven’t evolved as quickly as the market. It also means that you are expected to be available nights and weekends when the situation merits. This means the environment is not for everyone. I’m not sure they will ever win a “best places to work,” but their clients keep coming back because they know they are going to avoid or get out of the soup, no matter the deadline.
