Dear Sir As the management team of LEXIT we are very sorry to hear that you had such a bad time with us. If you had spoken out while you were still working in our company, we could have tried to make things better for you. As we are always striving for self-improvement, your review activated us to sit down and talk with every single employee in the company. We found that although there are things to improve, job satisfaction is a full 100%: everyone likes working here. Most mentioned things are: flexible workplace, personal growth, high teamwork and spirit, open management and flat hierarchy. Now for some facts: - We are not a scam company; in fact, we are launching our product in January 2019. - For business travels with more than one team member we sometimes rent a house or bed & breakfast, if this is the cheaper option. - We are not a ‘credit-eating’ company as you call it: our burn-rate is verifiably low.
