Pros

Nice office location with easy parking.

Cons

Everything about LGen Partners is an absolute con. - The owner is a witch with 2 dogs that come in doing their business all over the carpet and run around barking while you slave away calling. - Mindless, repetitive aggressive cold calling for low pay with no commission. - No room for growth (nor would you want it)

Pros

Can't think of anything really can't.

Cons

It's covered by fancy words, "marketing, talking to CEOs, learning about banks, accounting firms, consulting, etc." but this company is all about cold-calling and asking people to buy services. This doesn't help my resume AT ALL and Jeanny Coppel is the worst boss I've ever met in my life.. I can't believe people gave five stars here.. man the environment sucks and everybody when I was there hated what they were doing. This company offers a job to everybody and there's a reason for it. I had no choice but to come here cuz I didn't get any job offer during the summer. But if I were to go back, this is the last job that I'll ever have.

Pros

None, maybe that it's in a nice part of LA? But they don't offer you onsite parking, its street parking 3 blocks away.

Cons

I would never think a business could be this toxic from day one, but I was wrong. My first day an employee gave me the disclaimer that the CEO and other manager fought often in the office and to not take things personally when getting scolded or micromanaged by the CEO (this is my first 10 minutes). My first day I experienced the yelling, scolding, and many unprofessional behaviors in this office. Stay away! They offered me the position on the spot in the interview and I was out of options due to covid. They offered me less pay than I asked and no benefits (even though in the interview they said they offered them). They also offered me to not take a 30 minute lunch break but to keep working and to just eat at my desk. I have never been treated so horribly on a first day on the job until this place. While I was being trained for the position it was vert confusing since one person would tell me to do a task one way, and the manager would scold me for doing the task that way. When I asked questions and pointed that out, I was answered with "This is a waste of time!" I was also gaslit constantly and then offered a compliment. I felt very pressured to not take breaks or even use the restroom. I wasn't even able to talk to other employees without getting scolded by the CEO for not making enough phone calls. The CEO in the interview said this was not telemarketing but making contacts "business to business" this is definitely telemarketing and use many scummy tactics to get their business. I was told to be a bully and talk over people when on the phone and to be rude. Not sure if that's exactly how you run a business.
