      The people I worked with were mostly nice

      Cons

      They didn't care about your family or how many hours a day you had to work in order to meet their ridiculous deadlines.

      The management is competent in engineering and supports their staff in their decisions. They generally hire good people that are a joy to work with. The benefits they provide are fair for the mareketplace.

      Cons

      The long hours seem tedious and sometimes the travel takes me away from home too much.
