This company is on sale but no one is willing to buy. With so much liability who will take risk?There are more managers than people who work. Only in this company people whose basic qualifications are questionable are managers. Because of this managers play heavy politics. Extremely power hungry they even forget basic human values. Management has a team to look into people's private lives. They spy on their calls, messages etc. This company has the highest percentage layoffs in the history. When they layoff it often affects the whistle blowers. If you have by mistake joined this company leave ASAP. Don't join seeing the salary. Even the top guy in India left recently!

Starts from the top. If you look at their Strategy/Forecasts etc. it is simply cut and paste from others' - Bloomberg. And there is no link between this and ground level implementation. Strategy office, CFO office etc. do not understand some basic Business terms also. Everyone in India right from director level wants to leave this org, The only reason they can't leave because recruiters have not heard of this company and doesn't have any brand. If someone meets the top guys in India, they would understand - no communication skill, no knowledge about industry.
