The nest thing I can say is that I don't work there any longer.

LPT Realty is poorly managed, has untrained staff, and offers terrible benefits. The workplace culture is toxic, with excessive backstabbing and gossip. Management is arrogant and inexperienced, while PTO and holidays are minimal.
