Pros

Most people are warm and nice here.

Cons

1. HOW philosophy is over-rated and used to hide inefficiency. 2. No respect for others time, never on time for meetings or calls. 3. CEO in his interaction makes you feel he is a superior species. In his interaction will hold his head as if he is doing a favour talking to you. 4. Interview process is so long that one loses interest...be prepared for 5-6 interviews along with a stupid assignment. 5. Mumbai development center is a low cost arbitrage tool without any empowerment. 6. Flat structure is to maintain the status quo and not make any changes. Don't want competent people who can question the status quo.
