      The narcissistic owner who thinks he's always right and refuses to live up to his word. Getting lied to and having to pick up the slack of incompetent office personnel.

      Pros

      External relationships. Good for clients. Many of the techs/engineers are the best.

      Cons

      Internal management. Bad for employees. The President and upper management lack politically correct/respectful management skills and knowledge of their own industry, to remain a key competitor for potential employees and clients. Toxic environment. Also bad neighborhood to work in.
