Wonder co-workers that do the best job every time all of the time.

Cons

Culturally insensitive and politically biased management that are more concerned with relatives employed then supporting the students or those not related to them. Extremely low pay and unreasonable expectations.

Pros

Most of the individuals that you work with at LSU ITS are passionate and enjoy their work. The ones that truly value the educational system, the students, and the faculty are the easiest to work with, and your encounters with them are the most rewarding. Those that view customer service as a priority drive the atmosphere.

Cons

There are some employees who interpret their position as a "state worker" to mean that they must only do the bare minimum to "keep the wheels turning." While these people do not stifle progress, they are doing a disservice to themselves and their co-workers.
