      Pros

      Acoustic technology is very exciting and the applications are endless

      Cons

      The VP level management is not forward thinking and none of them have experience in the market they are selling to. They are not scientists and as such, don't know their market very well.

      Pros

      The technology is great and there is a lot of market opportunity. Some very skilled employees who work hard and focus on customers. Compensation is good, benefits are up to comparable standards.

      Cons

      The corporate culture is not supportive of employees. The organization is frozen in fear of making mistakes rather than learning from them and advancing the company. Finger pointing and closed door conversations are the norm.

      No leadership, dated technology

      Pros

      Decent pay, but not enough raises for the individual contributor.

      Cons

      Lots of cons. Management is full of liars. Say one thing, then do another. They do not support their teams. CEO is not a leader. Wishy-washy on his decisions. They hire too many family members causing favoritism. Spend tons of money on stupid stuff, award the Executives with pay raises, and bonuses, but not the ones doing all the work. Don't complete projects on time, and give customers excuses.
