-Salaries are delayed for long periods; if employees inquire, false promises are made or concerns are ignored. -Lack of clear vision and management. -Poor decision-making structure with no accountability from board members. -Frequent lies and false promises about salaries, growth, and opportunities. -High employee turnover due to poor workforce planning. -Employees are treated as experiments, with frequent firing if expectations aren't met. -No proper communication or responses to employee concerns. -CEO and board members lack the expertise to lead effectively. -Toxic work environment with emotional manipulation and lack of support.
