Great place to work — lots of flexibility

Pros

Genuinely fun place to work. You’re given lots of flexibility to get your work done. Management is composed of really nice, fair guys. Benefits are good, the current health insurance + HSA plan is stellar. 401K matching up to 5% I think which is nice. Really good work-life balance which I greatly appreciate. The company is small which makes it easier to stand out and make a difference if you do good work.

Cons

Most cons don’t really have much to do with Labworks itself. Mainly contractors and overly picky customers, but even that isn’t bad.

Pros

There is not many pros to this job at all. Hours are bad.

Cons

They treat their employees bad. They do not even know how to have an actual conversation with anyone. You never see any of the higher up people in the company. They take other peoples side instead of their employees.
