I worked in Trader and co cafe of lagardere. Amazing coworkers, the shift goes by like a breeze. Very helpful and understanding. The manager is also very friendly and understanding of your situation. Even in difficult times, I have gotten the shifts I needed and also been flexible with holidays.
Cons
Some slight managerial mishaps in other stores sometimes affected our cafe's smooth functioning.

Great coworkers, everyone is supportive and friendly. But some can be tricky. Overall the vibe is good.

They seriously need to hire someone who’s actually professional in management aspect and learn how to treat staff respectfully. I had a manager who continue blame the drop of store sales on one person, and accusing them arrogant and selfish even tho everyone knows it’s not the person’s fault.
