      We can learn new technologies. Excellent Organisation to explore your skills. But the credit will be taken by some one.

      Cons

      Salary will not be credited - On time. No employee benefits. We need to beg the management for the Salary credit information. PF employee contribution and Employer contribution also debit on our salary. Compulsory on med-claim policy which is favor to management, and it will be debited from our salary. If you need increment, then you need to get offer letter from another company to your prove skills Infrastructure like Internet cafe.

      1. If you are middle class employee who has family, EMI and rents to pay don't join this company. 2. Salary will not come before 12th of the month. 3. No extra benefits or rewards will be given. 4. They will not even pay employer contribution in the Pf. 5. Works on every old technology and no proper planning on sprints 6. Even the month of deepavali they are delaying the salary, deepavali is on 12th of this month they are saying we can expect the salary on or before 14th. This is how they care about employees.
