      Pros

      Great employees and culture, honest and focused leadership, alignment on our mission, and what we want to achieve short term and long term. Open communication, and direct communication to the leadership team. Great culture for sharing and testing ideas and brainstorming how we can improve.

      Cons

      We hire across several locations, and are a remote-friendly company - We have many team events throughout the year however it would be great to see my colleagues more.

      Pros

      I find the company's goal meaningful. Smart and nice colleagues. Founders know what they're doing. Good work-life balance. Good compensation for a startup (doesn't pay as much as big tech though, of course). Remote-friendly.

      Cons

      Since the team is small, there are fewer opportunities for mentorship from more senior engineers.

      A great team working together to solve one of the great technical challenges today: deploy AI that we can trust. We get to shape how real companies develop systems for the real world across a range of applications and see firsthand how we enable completely new applications.

      Nothing to note at this point, I'm very excited about the job and the mission.
