Lazy managers increase stress and work pressure

Pros

Their facilities management strategies have helped many clients in the past, and they continue to offer the same services even now.

Cons

Some of the managers here abuse their power. These arrogant people assign every task to subordinates and don't do anything all day. This ridiculous attitude shows how horribly toxic they are. Due to their behavior, most employees have had to ensure unnecessary stress and pressure. I quit to avoid daily pressure.

It's nothing but terrible over here. I suggest avoiding this company entirely.

Cons

Employees are stressed and miserable because of the heavy workloads and the lack of any work-life balance, while managers get to lounge about and get paid way more than any of us do, and they don't even do anything to help employees out.
