      Petrol subsidy, staff discount on company products

      - company with does not have Vision and Mission Statement as an organization - >70% employees are baby-boomers and early Gen-X and most of them had been working with the company for over 20 years. These people also do not open to ideas and does not know anything about the market, economy and industry standard and changes. - heavy politics here and most departments or division does not see eye to eye to protect their turf
