Pros
Most unique and diverse rental product offering on the market. Can get shoring, gen rents and pumps all from the same rep without having to call another division. Decent shoring company.
Cons
Starting from the top, awful "yes man" management system all the way down to some of the worst inside sales reps I've ever dealt with. Extremely low morale, extremely low knowledge on any product that's not shoring. Highest turnover I've ever seen in the industry. Originally only a shoring company; will either have to shut their doors or will be back to shoring only in two years.

Pros
Small, privately held company with a niche market and product lines. Salary was adequate. Sales team compensated well with a strong base salaries plus car/truck allowances. Commissions are tough to earn.
Cons
Very poor communication of company goals and objectives. Operations team received very little guidance or feedback. Slash and burn approach to operations personnel while poor sales reps are allowed to languish. Hourly laborers are under appreciated by ownership/senior management..
