Pros
Starting pay is decent. Can Listen to music/audio books while working Sometimes they pay for lunch and once in a while company trips.
Cons
Management does not care about their employees' well-being. Do not like when employees take sick days and make you feel bad about being sick and expect you to work unless dying. They do not like if you request off a Monday. Only 1 week of vacation no matter how long you've been here.
